|  | |  | | | SSM’s facility houses a full, six station coil line with the capacity to fabricate standard 60" duct joints at a rate of a joint per 26 seconds. We also own and operate two, two-table plasma machines enabling unlimited fitting sizes and shapes, both lined and unlined. Rounding out the remainder of our 32,000 square foot facility is our welding department, power brake department, lay-out and cutting department, sealing and finishing department and ample storage area.
| | Our subsidiary TNT Manufacturing, also located in Baltimore, manufactures single and double walled spiral pipe and fittings. SSM currently employs 150 sheet metal shop fabrication and field personnel. We have an in house CADD Department running "AutoCAD MEP 2008" and "Quickduct CAD 2008". SSM is capable of producing 3D drawings, schematic design, and we can download approved duct drawings directly to our shop fabrication department for timely and efficient productivity.
Our 2008 yearly volume was $18,000,000.00, and we have a current bonding capacity of $30,000,000, our Experience Modification Rate is .95. We are listed with Dun and Bradstreet, Duns #018296 our Maryland License number is 30342654.
