Founded in 1980 by Mr. Thomas Sessa, Sessa Sheet Metal, Contractor’s, Inc., (SSM) is a full service sheet metal contractor located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Our story

After toiling for over 16 years in the sheet metal industry, Tom Sessa combined his vision and resources to create Sessa Sheet Metal Contractors.

Tom's goal was to grow the business to approximately 25 employees and sustain a modest income. Under his dynamic leadership Sessa Sheet Metal has become a leader in its industry, providing creative state-of-the-art sheet metal solutions to hundreds of customers.

Tom attributes the success of Sessa Sheet Metal to its many dedicated employees and to the many strong relationships cultivated over the years.

We have a full crew of experienced craftsmen and project managers who are experts in all aspects of sheet metal fabrication and HVAC installation. Our Shop

Sessa’s facility houses a full, six station coil line with the capacity to fabricate standard 60" duct joints at a rate of a joint per 26 seconds. We also own and operate two, double-table plasma machines enabling unlimited fitting sizes and shapes, both lined and unlined. Rounding out the remainder of our 32,000 square foot facility is our welding department, CNC Auto-Brake bending, lay-out and cutting department, sealing and finishing department and ample storage area.
